Whats new in Listable, December 25

We’ve been hard at work improving Listable based on your feedback. Here’s what’s new in December:

Featured listings

You can now add featured listings to your directories. These will be displayed at the top of the grid, and will be highlighted.

New card type

We’ve added a new card type called ‘Overview’. This should prove a solid choice for directories with more custom fields - you can add as many as you like and they’ll all be displayed in the card.

We’ve also added the ability to explicitly define which image you wish to use for your cards - when you do so the image will be excluded from the detail page. This should prove useful for cards with smaller, logo type images.

Filter changes

• Horizontal filters can be added to the top of the grid now, rather than as a sidebar.
• Many of the filters have a more refined UI.

More control over your directories layout

You can now decide whether a search bar is shown in your hero or not. You can also decide whether a search bar is show alongside the filters or not. Previously, this would be decided for you based on whether you were using a hero, or full width search which was somewhat limiting.

Minor changes/fixes

• Reworked card designs slightly. Shadows etc should look much better now.
• Fixed display font issues
• Fixed missing footer on mobile devices
