Submissions & leads

View, filter, and export form submissions and leads

Overview

Submissions and leads are managed on two separate pages. Submissions shows entries from non-lead forms, while Leads shows entries from forms that have lead collection enabled. Both pages share the same features for viewing, filtering, and exporting data.

  • Submissions — General form entries (contact enquiries, feedback, etc.)
  • Leads — Entries from lead-collecting forms, with additional listing context

Accessing submissions and leads

  • Open the edit page of your directory
  • Click Submissions or Leads in the sidebar

The sidebar shows unprocessed counts next to each link so you can quickly see how many new entries need attention.

Viewing submissions

Submissions are displayed in a table with the following information:

  • Date - When the submission was received
  • Dynamic field columns - Values from form fields that have "Show in table" enabled
  • Related listing (leads page only) - The listing the form was submitted from
  • Status - Whether the entry has been processed or not

Click on any row to open the full submission details in a modal. The modal shows all submitted data, the form name, submission date, and IP address.

Copying submission data

You can quickly copy submission data in two ways:

  • Copy individual values - In the detail modal, click the copy icon next to any field value
  • Copy all data - Click the Copy all button in the detail modal footer, or use the clipboard icon in the table row actions

Processing submissions

Each submission has a processed/unprocessed status to help you track which entries you've handled.

  • Click the status pill in the table to toggle between processed and unprocessed
  • Or use the Mark Processed / Mark Unprocessed button in the detail modal

Unprocessed counts are shown in the sidebar next to Submissions and Leads, as well as in the form selector dropdown, so you can easily see which forms have new entries.

Filtering

Use the filter bar above the table to narrow down results:

  • Search - Search across all submitted data and IP addresses
  • Form - Filter by a specific form. The dropdown shows unprocessed counts per form.
  • Related listing (leads page only) - Filter by the listing the form was submitted from
  • Status - Filter by processed or unprocessed

Filters can be combined. For example, you can view all unprocessed leads from a specific form that were submitted on a particular listing.

Exporting to CSV

Export your submissions or leads as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms.

How to export

  • Apply any filters you want (form, status, search, listing)
  • Click the Export button in the filter bar
  • A CSV file downloads automatically

The export respects your current filters. If you've filtered by a specific form and unprocessed status, only those matching entries are included in the export.

CSV columns

The exported file includes the following columns:

Column Description
Date Submission date and time
Dynamic field columns One column per form field, using the field label as the header. Columns match the selected form's field definitions.
Processed Yes or No
IP Address The submitter's IP address

Filename

The downloaded filename includes the form name and type, for example contact-form-submissions.csv or lead-form-leads.csv.

Deleting submissions

  • Click the delete icon on the submission row
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted

Warning: Deleted submissions cannot be recovered. Consider exporting your data before deleting.

Dynamic table columns

The table columns adapt based on your form's field configuration. To control which fields appear as columns in the submissions table:

  1. Go to the form editor
  2. Click on a field to open its settings
  3. Toggle the Show in table option

Fields with "Show in table" enabled appear as columns between the date and status columns. This keeps the table focused on the most important data.
